What I liked
The coworkers and leadership are very nice and accommodating and there is a spectrum of knowledge that is eligible to pick up from an experience such as this one.
What I wish was different
Nothing significant really stands out at this point in time.
Advice
Working in this field, every day will be different from the last. Do not be nervous because of what you do not know because this management here is very understanding.

What I liked
I enjoyed learning more about managed services sales processes as well as onboarding, implementation and care processes.
What I wish was different
I wish there was formal sales training for interns to get a head start.
Advice
Network within the company no matter how high the persons title, introduce yourself, ask to get a coffee, start the conversation and make yourself known in the company.
