What I liked

MCO is a super close team so I got to know everyone really well. My supervisor Ashley A. taught me so much in the time I was there. My internship was unpaid but I got rewarded with different gift cards because of my performance. Overall, I had an awesome time at MCO and I'll take what they taught me into my career.

What I liked

Working at MCO Orlando was an amazing experience and working with Ashley made it so much better. As an intern, she challenged me with several different tasks and opportunities and always took the time to make sure I understood what was expected of me. She also has a great relationship with her employees and has created a great work atmosphere that promotes growth. This is definitely an amazing position for anyone interested in Human Resources!

What I liked

My position is mainly remote, with team outings once a week. I am able to work at my own pace, on my own time. I have the freedom to be creative and input my own style into my work. The team is very friendly and close, and have been very welcoming to me throughout my internship.

What I wish was different

Advice

A piece of advice is to be unafraid to put yourself out there. The company is very flexible and understanding. As long as you apply and try your best, the company will appreciate you and give you several great opportunities.

What I liked

I had the most incredible experience working at MCO Orlando as an intern. The CEO, Ashley, is beyond inspiring, accommodating and encouraging. This company is on it! They expect greatness and provide that to their customers. I learned a lot of about office management per my internship and would highly recommend this company to anyone in the fields of I/O, Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, and others.
