What I liked

Please google "McMaster-Carr Reddit" for past and current managements' feedback on McMaster- Carr. This "program" is just random rotations put together instead of based on your skillsets or desires.

What I wish was different

I wished I trusted the Glassdoor and Wallstreet Oasis reviews more instead of dismissing them so quickly due to what McMaster-Carr was offering.

Advice

There is no free lunch. Due diligence is is essential. Trust the Glassdoor reviews.

What I liked

I enjoyed being constantly challenged while being a part of an incredibly supportive, brilliant team who was so willing to help me. The company culture was collaborative, and the company really invests itself into the employees. The work was fun, and I enjoyed going to work everyday.
