Advice
Although the work is fun and rewarding, it is also challenging. Be ready to work and test your knowledge and skills. Be prepared to grow out of your comfort zone.

What I liked
My managers, as well as everyone at McKinney were fantastic. Each day was a new learning opportunity and I felt as if I was a valued member of the team each and every day.
What I wish was different
I truly enjoyed every day, so nothing.
Advice
Don't limit yourself to your job description - do your best to learn more about different teams and what they do on a daily basis and see if you can't help them here and there as well. It is an incredibly collaborative environment.
