I loved how willing they were to help me learn through what tasks they had for me. They sat down with me and explained why they do things and what would happen if they did not. They were extremely welcoming and sought to know me past just my experience in school but also about my background and interests.
What I wish was different
Advice
Be willing to learn and expand your horizon's for possible experiences. Go into everyday seeking new opportunities for growth and listen to those that you work with but also those that are not necessarily in your immediate circle on the job.
