Very friendly environment, great training. Love how they were willing to work with my schedule.
What I wish was different
I wish they had kept some of the old policies, and the IU system can be hard to understand at first.

If you are going into engineering and planning on making a career out of it, McElroy would be the place I would go,

What I liked
It was a wonderful experience. They gave me a project to work on over the summer but let me jump into whatever projects I was interested in and were willing to teach me anything I didn’t know.
