Crew Trainer

December 2019 - August 2020 • Bowling Green, OH

What I liked

This job gave me the opportunity to not only move up at a quick pace but get to work one on one with new crew members and give feedback as not only their trainer but their friend.

What I wish was different

I wish I would’ve been able to train on more areas rather than just one singular space. It would’ve given me a broader range of knowledge in order to quickly help new members in any section of the job.

Advice

Always ALWAYS be compassionate where it counts. Though this was a minimum wage job, this could potentially have been someone’s only source of income. You truly never know what someone else is going through, therefore you want to lead with your head as well as your heart.

CNA 1

June 2019 - July 2020 • Coburg, OR

What I liked

I kind of like making the food and bagging the food up. Talking to some customers was very entertaining for me to personally experience.

What I wish was different

I now I can't change this, but I wish the co-workers were a bit different. Some of the co-workers did not have the best worth ethics and etiquettes.

Advice

Fake it till you make it. When you are having a bad day, don't take it out on your fellow employees or much less the customers. Take a breather whenever possible and just fake it till you can go home from work and let it all out. Don't let it out at work ever.
