What I wish was different
I wish my managers were more flexible to what the customers need.
Context: the McDonald's establishment I was working in started using the new kiosks where people can order from instead of the front counter. However, I noticed that not a lot of customers use them and would instead start large lines for ordering/paying at the front counter; they prefer to talk to an actual person about their order rather than a machine. In spite of this, my managers kept instilling me and the other coworkers to have the customers order at the kiosks.
