What I liked
I loved the fast-paced, cooperative atmosphere. The entire crew works together to get things done and I always had several people willing to help me out or teach me about the job.
What I wish was different
I wish I could've gotten more personal attention during training and I wish my schedule was more flexible. I asked for time off for my class schedule and was still scheduled during my classtimes, which made things complicated.
Advice
Come in willing to make mistakes, ask questions, and learn new things. If you decide you will never do certain positions or learn certain things, you won't do well. An open-mind is important for this position!
