There are employees there that work as a team and make it worth the daily hassle it is to work in fast food and handle the more than difficult customers that are abundant.
What I wish was different
There is sometimes an issue with communication between management and employees, and coworkers sometimes forget that people should be treated with respect regardless of position levels.
Advice
I think the most important piece of advice I would give is to communicate as MUCH as possible!! Working as a team is so important in fast food customer service.
