The company has a lot of young employees and a fun atmosphere. My office had a softball team that I got to play on and build relationships with my coworkers outside of work. I also felt like I got a wide range of experiences. I worked for a team of people who all did different things so I got to learn from all of them.
What I wish was different
I had to ask to go out in the field and to get work outside of my team, so if you aren't willing to self-advocate I could see you running out of things to put on your time sheet.
Advice
People at this company are really friendly in all of the offices ( I got to work with people from different offices) so don't be afraid to reach out and talk to people. A lot of Villanova Alumni actually reached out to me which made me feel much more comfortable at the start of my internship.
