I liked the bonds and friendships that the staff had with one another. I also liked the flexible scheduling.
What I wish was different
I wish that I didn't have so much stress and responsibilities put on me instead of it being equally balanced among other employees. I felt that I was carrying a bunch of weight and always picking up all of the slack.

Be prepared for a busy and fast-work pace environment.
