What I liked

One of the most valuable lessons I can carry forward from this internship would be that there is always more out there to learn from one another. I have had the opportunity to meet several professionals within the company whose work ethic and skillsets I admire. From networking and having these interactions with team members, I have gotten the chance to add to my skillset from each individual's area of expertise and learned several soft and hard skills.

What I wish was different

I had a wonderful experience and do not wish for anything to have been conducted differently.

Advice

I would tell peers to take advantage of each and every opportunity granted and recommend others granted this opportunity to enjoy each day as an intern because time truly does fly by in the position and I wish I had more of it!

Fantastic learning experience, lots of opportunity for growth, encouraging management team focused on growth rather than just meeting metrics.

What I wish was different

Benefits like PTO got cut towards the end of my first summer. Would’ve been great to see those stay.

Advice

Keep your mind open to what you do as a career. Don’t brush off opportunities just because they’re not what you’d like to truly pursue later on. This type of a position is a FANTASTIC launching off point for anything you want to pursue in cyber security.

Finance Intern

What I liked

They have a great program to be able to interact and work with so many other interns, and the internship provides for a vast amount of learning opportunities. You also get exposure to upper level executives and are able to learn from so many different teams so you aren't limited to learning only about the projects you have been tasked with.

What I wish was different

Advice

Make the most out of it! There are so many opportunities to meet with different people in the company and learn from them, so don't limit yourself to your job description and the team you are placed on.
