MB BIM Solutions was founded in 2011 in Colorado by two structural engineers and BIM experts. They realized that they could provide quantifiable cost and schedule savings to the construction industry by using BIM to create fabrication-level models (and associated shop drawings) of structural elements.
MB BIM has grown to be a group of BIM experts, mostly from structural engineering consulting backgrounds, with several licensed Professional Engineers (P.E.'s) on staff. As MB BIM has grown, we have expanded our service offers and software expertise. We use software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Advance Steel, 3D Studio Max, SketchUp, and others.
We primarily serve General Contractors and Specialty Subcontractors, and use a variety of BIM processes to meet the needs of our clients. Our services and solutions are constantly evolving as we work to keep at the forefront of the BIM industry.
MB BIM has been involved in projects of all size, from under $2M to over $200M. We have also worked on projects across all sectors, included mixed-us, commercial, institutional, multi-family residential, industrial, government, education, and healthcare. Our services have been utilized in a variety of project delivery methods, from Design-Bid-Build, to Design-Build, to true Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) projects.
With over 90% of our work coming from repeat clients, MB BIM Solutions focuses on relationships with our clients above all else. We work with our clients to tailor our solutions to their needs, and constantly work together with our clients to help identify solutions to help them deliver a better product more economically, with less risk to all parties involved.
