What I wish was different
I wish that I worked in a more cooperative environment; it was a union shop and there was an obvious disconnect between hourly workers and staff on salary that contributed to a lack of respect between the two parties as well as a lack of productivity.
Advice
That the best way to earn respect is to observe experienced workers carefully and let your actions speak for themselves.
