I love working with the variety of guests and employees there. The front-of-house staff really makes the job enjoyable and working with them as a team is very fulfilling.
What I wish was different
Sometimes the communication and organizations are out of sync, but overall everything works out fine. We've been short-staffed during the pandemic and it makes things very hectic sometimes.
Advice
Don't skip meals and don't rush. Sometimes it feels like your running around like a chicken with its head cut off because it's so busy but during those times you have to step back and just slow it down because nothing can get done with a rushed mindset.
