What I liked

It was a great experience to really explore some of the different avenues of marketing and get a taste of what professional marketing is like. The team is very cool and nice and really want you to learn and succeed. It is also a great way to build up your resume.

What I wish was different

Advice

If you don't understand IT, that's not a problem. I didn't and I didn't need to. The stuff you have to learn, they will teach you and there are no repercussions if you mess up. It's a learning experience, treat it like one.

Service Desk Engineer

What I liked

The experience was amazing. It was extremely hands-on, and due to the company size being small, you get a lot of mentorship and 1-on-1 time with the CEO. As an IT intern, you work very closely with many aspects of IT, from help desk taking calls and solving tickets to network architecture and management. It is a great learning opportunity.

What I wish was different

I think that the training aspect could have been more organized, but I still received a lot of guidance when asking about an issue.

Advice

If you get stuck on an issue and are unable to figure it out for the life of you, never be afraid to ask questions. The people that work there are extremely friendly and are happy to help guide you to the right answers and learn from every ticket and issue.
