The ability to see both small batch and production brewing. The ability to work with all aspects of the beer brewing process. Having flexible hour to complete college class while working on internship hours.
What I wish was different
More instruction/leadership (from company) during the packaging process. no one really stood out as a head or leader during the process when problems arose that need immediate attention. It also felt that the process could have been better streamlined during certain production packaging runs that would have eliminated repetitive “double work” that was a physical and mental drain on employees.
Advice
It was a wonderful experience fill with allot of opportunities to learn different aspects of the beer brewing industry. From production size to small batch size, nothing is left out.
