What I liked

I loved that every employee was very positive and always willing to teach you something. There were a lot of opportunities.

What I wish was different

I wish that I had the opportunity to do projects not just within my department but with other marketing teams too, to get the full Mattel experience.

Advice

The most valuable piece of advice is to take the opportunities that the internship has to offer. This includes meeting as many people possible, shadowing, learning as many new things, attending events, etc.. Going the extra mile really does make a difference.
