What I liked

Everybody was eager to help me learn and grow my IT skills. There was a very professional atmosphere. I gained real world experience which helps me stand out to future employers.

What I wish was different

I started my internship in late June and wish I had gotten in sooner! I wish I had been more proactive on getting my resume out there because it has really paid off.

Advice

Be willing to try something different! Computer science is different than IT, but I took this opportunity anyway and I am glad I did. I was provided with great opportunities to grow my skills and network with great people. This internship has provided me with a solid foundation for whatever career path I choose.
