What I liked

I loved the kids that I worked with and my co-workers - there was a great culture at the workplace and everyone was willing to step up and help out when needed. I liked that we had a remote option during COVID, which was beneficial both to the kids and families as well as to my coworkers and me.

What I wish was different

I wish I had a little more training to better understand if my work was effective and benefitting the kids.
