I have gained many valuable skills just by working there for the short period I have so far.
What I wish was different
Nothing. There's a lot of freedom in what I can do since there is a lot that needs to get done on the regular.
Advice
If you have another job plus the internship, try not to get overloaded by the amount of work. It's okay to call out of one sometimes. Your health is overall more important.
