I enjoyed working at LRW and don't have anything I would change.

Advice

I would say to go into any job with an open mind and put your best foot forward in everything that you do, even if it seems like a pointless task.

What I liked

The high-profile of the projects I worked on. I prepared reports for clients such as Red Bull, eBay, and The Honest Company. I sorted through qualitative in depth interviews on the oil industry for Exxon. (To name a few of the exciting things I worked on). I expressed interest in coming back to work part-time in the fall and everyone was happy to have me back. People are really willing to teach you there.

What I wish was different

Less tedious work and more critical thinking work.

Advice

Anyone else who interns or works there needs to be very, very skilled at managing their time. The work isn't always necessarily challenging, but it is a high volume expected to be completed in a tight time frame. No task is beneath you, you are privileged to be able to be contributing to projects that the top companies in the world are paying for.
