I liked the friendly staff and the willingness of experienced workers to teach me what they know. I felt very welcomed.
What I wish was different
Since it is a small company there is not a really a system in place to effectively train interns.
Advice
My advice would be to approach any new internship/job opportunity with an open mind, ready to adapt to whatever landscape this new opportunity may present.
