I enjoyed the people that I worked with and the hours were set and no curveballs were thrown my way in terms of hours.
What I wish was different
I wish that there was better communication about my requested days off and the approval, as well as the communication about final day so that I could return to school

Great pay. Understanding management. Lots of overtime available.

Hard labor. Having breaks start once you're out of the plant instead of once you step off the line.

It makes you appreciate your college experience and degree.
