Gaining experience in a financial sales environment was incredibly eye opening.
One on one mentorship was also really great and helped me see the opportunities in the industry.
What I wish was different
I wish the internship had been paid and that interns had more responsibilities outside of warm source sales.
Advice
Don't pursue this type of opportunity if you're not willing to put in an incredible amount of work or if you are unable to interact with dozens of new people everyday.

Nothing, MassMutual Pittsburgh has updated the intern program every year and they have tweaked it to near perfection.

If you have any interest in finance and you enjoy meeting people you will love this internship.

What I liked
The flexibility of when being in the office and learning a lot of the products that MassMutual provides for their clients.
What I wish was different
Knowing about them earlier so I could have taken the state insurance exam before the internship so I didn't need to worry about it
