What I liked

I was given the opportunity to run my own practice and learn by doing. I was free to make my own marketing decisions and find client prospects the way I wanted to. There was no one over my shoulder telling me to call 50 people that day. I just had to deliver somehow.

What I wish was different

I wish that the sales managers would work with us on training past the initial training week in Virginia Beach. Sometimes I didn’t feel like I was being taught.


It’s a sales job, so it’s hard. Make sure you stay focused and put in the hours of prospecting. Otherwise, you won’t sell anything and you won’t make any more than $800.
