What I liked
I received a lot of customer service experience and when the people I assisted actually secured a job that was a very gratifying experience.
What I wish was different
There were some flaws in the way our system for printing up ID cards was handled.

You don't have to know everything going in, you just have to be focused and willing to figure problems out as they arise.
