Wonderful supervisors and coworkers. Great introduction to field work and a lot of guidance to learn a variety of new skills.
What I wish was different
Probably a more diverse group of interns. I was the only POC, which didn't hinder my learning or enjoyment, but it would be great to have more backgrounds represented in the program.
Advice
Don't be afraid to try. I was concerned that I would not be able to succeed in the position due to my lack of field training but that was not the case at all. You will get the help you need, so don't be scared!
