Massachusetts General Hospital’s internal temporary staffing department, Bulfinch Temporary Service, has been meeting the temporary staffing needs of the hospital since 1989.
When you join the Bulfinch Temporary Service – a provider of temporary staffing services to Massachusetts General Hospital and other Mass General Brigham (formerly Partners HealthCare) affiliates – you will receive orientation and educational resources that will allow you to seamlessly fill your temporary assignments. And while our opportunities offer all the variety and flexibility of temporary work, they are also an outstanding way to gain experience in health care and position yourself for future full-time employment. In fact, when a Bulfinch Temp is hired into a full-time role, their time as a Bulfinch Temp counts towards eligibility for certain benefits.
