I love this organization's leadership. My supervisor is kind, empathetic, and incredibly knowledgeable in what she does. I've really enjoyed learning from her and the rest of the team at our weekly virtual meetings.
What I wish was different
The type of work I'm doing is mainly phone banking for progressive campaigns. I wish I had the opportunity to do other kinds of work, but I know this is all dependent on what these campaigns need in this time, and I'm glad to be providing that help.
Advice
Time management and the ability to work independently throughout the week is very important for this position. As a college student, I greatly appreciated this flexibility, but it definitely took some self-discipline to keep myself on track with tasks.
