My coworkers and management are all super nice, which makes it an enjoyable place to go to work! It's a great paying job, and you get to build meaningful relationships with the residents at the home.
What I wish was different
I wish we were never understaffed because it makes it difficult to get enough people for shifts sometimes.
Advice
Be friendly and don't be afraid to have actual conversations with the residents while serving them. It makes it much more meaningful, not only for you but for them as well!
