Honestly, nothing.
Advice
If you want a super strict, rigid environment the Frederick Office will not give you that. I preferred that as I was not nervous to do any work and that allowed me to produce my best material, but if that is what you're looking for you may not like that aspect.

What I liked
Every single day was different at my internship. I felt useful & like my perspective was valuable to my supervisor and coworkers. I got to learn a lot about the daily office work, but also go to meet clients and go to court frequently.

Advice
Build trust with your supervisor. Always do what you say you are going to do, and don't be afraid to ask for help or for their opinion on things not directly related to the work you do.

Everyone at the office was incredibly friendly. It was such a fun atmosphere. The work was also very interesting and fulfilling
