I love my job currently because there is always something new to do every day.

Since, I transferred stores, I wish the employees at the new store would not have treated me like I was new to the company.
Advice
It may seem hard to learn everything about the store at first, however, it becomes super easy once you get the hang of everything.

I wish i would have been given more hours. I went in looking for about 20-25 a week and was only given about 12.
Advice
Be prepared and willing to sell a lot of credit applications! Marshall’s asks that of you and the amount of hours you get depends on the amount of people DAILY you get to sign up for credit card applications.

Do not allow the company to over work you. Its nothing wrong with providing assistance when needed but do not make yourself too available because they will take advantage of that.
