You are expose to so much. As I work as an intern i schedule to different jobs sites each week. Each job site had a different scope of work ranging from internal renovations to projects that get constructed from the ground up.
What I wish was different
I wish i was exposed to the logistics of change orders.
Advice
Do not be afraid of asking question to your senior co-workers. They are the most experienced and have a lot of feedback that will help you understand the process so much better.
