The pay and working to help people. Good experience and training as well as earning my RBT certificate. The hours were also not bad and it was close to home.
What I wish was different
Hostile working environment, high stress and repetitive. A lot of drama between co-workers.
Advice
You should be passionate about what you are doing or else you will not enjoy the job.
