I like the people I work with, they make the job much more fun and the days go by a little smoother.

Advice
This is a very demanding job and requires good time management skills and multitasking skills. There's a lot that goes on in a nursing facility and you always have to be on alert because everyone needs your help with something. Teamwork is also VERY important because you will have a hall partner in which you will have to communicate and work together with throughout the shifts.
