Marmon is like a family. I felt loved there, and I loved the people who I worked with. There was a good balance between working with the Engineers, the Sales team, and on the floor with the Production team.
What I wish was different
I wish I had spent more time on some of the smaller projects that actually had a bigger impact than I realized.
Advice
Don't be afraid to get out of your comfort zone and ask everyone for ways to help. There's a lot to be done if you can find it.
