What I liked

I liked that I was given the opportunity to work on a lot of projects that I have never had a hand in before. I got to help implement lean manufacturing principles into the plant. The company is small but very close knit and everyone is very friendly. Lots of hands on work experience on the floor. You can really see the impact your projects have directly on the company.

What I wish was different

There were some times when we finished up a few projects and didn't have much to work on but overall the best out of all my co-ops.

Do not be afraid to talk to the plant workers they will be some of your best friends at Markin. They may resist change at first but are a great group of guys.
