I enjoyed the atmosphere and hands-on experience that you don't always find in the classroom. It helps me narrow down the type of work I'd like to do once I graduate.
What I wish was different
I like learning about why everything is done the way it is, so learning those explanations may have helped!
Advice
Those interested need to be committed, on time, and ready to contribute. This isn't a job where you can expect others to do the work for you. You need to think outside of the box and apply yourself to maintain the good reputation this company has built up.
