What I liked

I worked with lots of great people at a company who was very flexible about some personal struggles I was having at the time.

What I wish was different

I wish my hours had been different. I had a 30min. commute and found it a really challenge getting there in the morning. I also wish they had had a plan as to what I was going to do and any responsibilities I would have. There were quite a few days where I had nothing to do.

Advice

Be prepared to work with the native American culture and styles of doing things.

What I liked

I got to work with an incredible team of people, both in finance and in other departments, that really made sure that my time there was positive experience.

What I wish was different

As their first intern, I wish there had been a better plan to keep me busy. Oftentimes I came to work wondering if I would have anything to do that day. I didn't really have any responsibilities (even very small ones), which left me wondering if I was more a help or hindrance.
