What I wish was different
Slight language barrier, I constantly needed a translator.
Advice
Show initiative and be willing to learn and they will give you knowledge and experience. I have worked with Mariani for 2 summers and I enjoy it because I spoke my interests and I pursued them. We sometimes get a hard coworker to work with but keep an open mind and try to help them as well because we are all a family here.

What I liked
I like that I got a lot of hands on experience. I was able to use my Spanish everyday which was also fun.
What I wish was different
I wish I could have seen more of the management side of things.
Advice
Work hard and realize you’re building a solid base of understanding and experience to go off of in the future.

What I liked
I enjoyed the family environment. It felt like my coworkers had my back and always wanted to help me succeed.
What I wish was different
Some language barrier.
Advice
Lift with your legs not your back. Otherwise ask questions. Somebody would rather help teach you how to do it right than have you struggle trying to do it wrong.
I plan to start my own business one day and it is always important to start from the bottom so you can get an understanding of all the aspects of your company.
