The management team at my location always looked out for their new employees and helped them feel comfortable with their new jobs, because most of the employees had their first ever jobs there, like I did. The environment created by the employees and the managers at our location was an amazing experience that allowed for a nice entry point into the world of working. New employees were treated with patience and respect and the longer you stayed there, the more it stopped feeling like a job and started feeling like a place that you wanted to be at all of the time. Another one of my favorite things about this job was customer interactions. Whether it was in concessions or the ticket booth, there were plenty of ways to interact and connect with our customers.
