I really enjoyed the laid back environment at MDK and how friendly all my coworkers were. Everyone was always willing to help me if I had a problem/question!
What I wish was different
I wish I was able to return as a full-time employee however, I am grateful for the time I spent at MDK.
Advice
Make an effort to get to know people! It can be very intimidating to approach people, especially since everyone is always sitting at their desk, but I promise the people that work here are super nice!

What I liked
The work environment at MDK is awesome. You are surrounded by great people. They work around your schedule and pay well. They also trust their interns to do a lot, including some full-time employee tasks.
What I wish was different
Interns were only allowed a maximum of 20 hours per week over the summer because referrals were low.
Advice
Take the leap and try it out! I’m so happy I decided to go out of my comfort zone and apply at MDK.
