What I liked

During my time here at MANE I spent a lot of my time helping out with troubleshooting manufacturing problems that where encountered if that was smaller projects or capital projects (over $5,000). Also, during my time MANE was in the middle of building another manufacturing plant right next door which as you could imagine that brings a lot of work. My biggest task with this was helping get the SAP master data system up and running. When I wasn't doing these things I was trying to help out in any way constantly asking people if they needed help. But more importantly the attitude of everyone here was amazing.

What I wish was different

While during my time at this company I gained valuable experience in all aspects that greatly benefitted me. My boss/mentor was one of the smartest guys I know who taught me a lot. I can't say I wish anything was different, this company made sure I got all different types of experience and I met a lot of amazing people who were always there for me. The work-life balance was amazing, the only thing that wasn't super clear was for interns on the HR side there wasn't clear directions on PTO or just if you needed time off in general.

Advice

As this was my second term with this company I held a lot of responsibility with the tasks I was given which felt good. Some of my projects where over $20,000 and being able to see those projects get completed felt good. I know this last thing kind of goes with anywhere you work in your field, but you will meet countless people with years of experience who can teach you a lot. Just talking to people with a lot of experience in the field can teach you so much. My main advice is no matter where you end up always ask questions and talk to people.
