What I wish was different
Make clear the objectives and goals - when initially employed, had no idea what to do.
Ask prospective volunteers and staff their interest and skills in, to better utilize them
Have leaders of groups/projects
The organization structure is a lateral one where everyone has access to everyone , but as the organization grows communication becomes strained and some staff get lost in the mass, Implement some form of vertical coordination to better set principles that would help staff to work in.
