It's very similar to being a Resident Assistant for the academic year, so this would be a great opportunity for students who would like to "try out" being an RA before applying.

I liked how the campus provided me with free on campus housing.
What I wish was different
If there are been more activities and if the campus also provided free food, that would have been great.
Advice
Summer is a good time to find you self and test your limit. You will have time to do the things that you couldn't do when school is going on and it will give you time to take time out and enjoy yourself.

I believe that the job should have been made into an internship.
Advice
I would encourage people to learn as much as they can from the different areas of Human Resources (recruiting, benefits, employment laws, etc.) so that they are more marketable after graduation.
