The program was catered towards college students who were looking for work experience within consulting. In that sense, this is a great opportunity to learn from advisors who have been part of the industry and work together on projects with real clients.
What I wish was different
Honestly it was a great experience so I don't think I would want much to change. Since we did most of the work over zoom maybe shifting to more in person meetings and such.
Advice
This is a really great learning experience and I would advise people to come into with a growth mindset attitude. If you open yourself up to your team members, advisors, and what people are trying to tell you, you will learn a great deal.
