What I liked

I enjoyed the freedom I had, everyday I would sit with the other interns and we would work on creating unique ways to interpret and collect stats for the league. I really enjoyed all the work I did because sports statistics very much interest me.

What I wish was different

Even though the internship was enjoyable and I liked having freedom to do whatever I thought was the most interesting, it would have been nice if the people at MLL had more things for us to do. If you did not want to be bored all day you had to create your own projects and ideas. This is understandable because they were in season while I was there and that means it was their busiest time of the year, however it would have been nice to have more direction.

Advice

Be creative and be ready to come up with your own ideas. I would like to clarify that the internship was unpaid, however every weekend during the summer Major League Lacrosse would have 3 or 4 games and we did get paid $100 per game if we were helping collecting stats for that game.
