Magni Industries started in Detroit in 1978 when founder, Mr. Berry expanded his originating company called Depor in Troy, Michigan. Magni Industries Founder D Berrythen grew to include a second location near Cincinnati, Ohio. Magni Industries in Independence, Kentucky began in 1996. Magni acquired a third plant in Schorndorf, Germany called Lackfabrik Dr. Schmid in 2002. All three sites are manufacturing plants with full research and development laboratories.
